WHO WE ARE:
SUMMSTOFF is a young German beekeepers' cooperative of professional beekeepers – with a clear aim: honest honey, transparent origin and a quality you can taste.
We produce a large part of our honey ourselves and also work with selected German professional beekeeping businesses. In this way we combine genuine beekeeping craftsmanship with professional structures, reliable quality and regional marketing.
Our goal is to make German honey visible again – on the shelf, on the breakfast table and in people's minds.

NO TWO JARS ALIKE.
With us, there is no “uniform taste”. Industrial honey is often blended until it always looks and tastes the same. At SUMMSTOFF, nature is still allowed to be nature. That means: if you place five jars of our “Summer Blossom” from five different regions side by side, you will see five different colours. From light yellow to dark amber. Because every region blooms differently. Every year is different. Every batch is unique. That is not a flaw – it is our promise of quality.

You can find many SUMMSTOFF honeys not only here on our website, but also right on the supermarket shelf near you – including in many EDEKA, nah & gut and Marktkauf stores in Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin, Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia and large parts of Bavaria. In Bavaria, our honeys are also available at Feneberg and in the V-Märkte stores. You can also already find SUMMSTOFF on the shelves of numerous EDEKA stores in the Southwest region, as well as in a growing number of REWE stores in the Ruhr area and in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our fruit spread FRUCHTSTOFF, with 10% honey, is available in selected EDEKA and REWE stores.
