FRUCHTSTOFF Raspberry lives on fragrance and delicate tang. It does not taste flatly sweet, but fresh, full of berry and slightly sparkling. With 67% fruit the typical raspberry remains clearly recognisable, while 10% honey rounds off the tang and adds a soft sweetness.
This variety goes very well with yoghurt, quark, breakfast rolls or desserts. Raspberry also cuts a fine figure on cheesecake, waffles or ice cream. If you like fruit spreads that taste lively and aromatic, this one has a really lovely berry freshness.
