Honey variety
Acacia honey: mild, clear and liquid for a long time
Acacia honey – more precisely black locust honey – is the mildest of all honeys: crystal clear, delicate and naturally liquid for a long time.
Taste and character
Acacia honey tastes very mild and delicate, almost without a flavour of its own, with a subtle, floral sweetness. Its colour is light and transparent.
Why it stays liquid for so long
Acacia honey naturally has a high fructose content. As a result, it crystallises only very slowly and often stays liquid for over a year – ideal for dosing and sweetening.
