Recipe with honey

Acacia Honey Pork Medallions with Parsnip Mash

The mild, runny acacia honey settles delicately over the medallions without overpowering the tender meat. This gives the pan dish a subtle sweetness that pairs beautifully with the earthy parsnip mash.
